Hinshaw partner Ed Lenci will moderate a panel titled "Comparative Perspectives On International Arbitration In Ireland And New York" on July 19, 2022. The program—to be presented by the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA), the Law Society of Ireland, and the Irish-American Bar Association—will cover key procedural aspects of Irish and New York arbitrations, aspects of each jurisdiction's arbitral law, typical approaches to discovery/disclosure in each jurisdiction, and issues relating to the enforcement of arbitral awards in Ireland and New York.
