Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP partners Ed Lenci and Esperanza Segarra will feature prominently at the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) International Section Season Meeting, September 12 – 14, 2017 at Casa Santo Domingo Hotel in Antigua, Guatemala. Segarra will co-chair a panel titled "Guide to Doing Business in Cuba Post-Castro and U.S. Embargo," and Lenci will speak on the "hot topics" of class action/arbitration waivers and class arbitration. Segarra is also serving on the conference's Steering Committee. Other topics to be addressed in Antigua include BEPS in Latin America, cybersecurity, immigration, and trade compliance.
