D.L. Morriss Participates in "DEI in a Global Environment" Summit

D.L. Morriss recently participated in several panel sessions at the “DEI in a Global Environment Summit” hosted by the Institute for Inclusion in the Legal Profession (IILP) in London, England.

On April 28, 2025, he co-presented "The Brave New World of Post-Pandemic DEI: A Summit on DEI in Multinational Law Offices." Speakers examined how DEI has changed since or because of the COVID-19 pandemic, new challenges to DEI that have resulted, and the strategies and cooperative European and North American efforts that might be applied and elevated.

On April 30, D.L. took part in the "Stephen Denyer Memorial DEI Roundtable Discussions." The roundtables examined disability diversity, generational diversity, racial diversity, and gender diversity in the legal profession.
