Hinshaw’s David Schultz will co-present a program titled "The Credit Reporting Landscape is Changing," on August 3, 2022. Presented as part of the weekly ACA International 'The Huddle' series–this panel will discuss changes in credit reporting and how to adopt best practices in furnishing information to the credit reporting agencies.
Both the federal and state governments are discussing and enacting legislation and regulations that will impact both collection activity and business operations of ACA member agencies. ACA's advocacy and compliance teams track activity and provide members with a weekly update on the current landscape for receivables businesses.
