This program will establish a solid foundation for effectively serving the senior living community. Our presenters, Hinshaw partner David Alfini and Chad Boeddeker, CDP, Executive Director of Westmont of Carmel Valley, aim to explore the economic, social, and medical factors involved in providing culturally competent care. The goal is to promote a better understanding of how to deliver customized and inclusive services.

With an estimated 2.7 to 3 million adults aged 50 and older identifying as LGBTQ+ in the United States, and projections indicating a rise to 7 million by 2030, it's crucial to address the unique needs of this community.
