Hinshaw partners David Alfini, Aimee Delaney, and Adam Guetzow will present at LeadingAge Illinois' Skilled Nursing Facilities Survey Symposium to discuss the state of surveys, and how and when to request a hearing. They will also cover best practices regarding writing plans of correction.

Guetzow will also participate in a panel discussion with the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) and Delaney will be part of a panel discussion on OSHA surveys.
