David Alfini, Aimee Delaney, and Adam Guetzow are scheduled to present at the 2024 LeadingAge Illinois Annual Meeting and Expo, a conference sponsored by Hinshaw. The meeting will take place on Tuesday, July 30, and Wednesday, July 31, 2024, at the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center in Schaumburg, Illinois. Meeting sessions will provide insights into the latest policy developments and emerging issues in senior living.

On July 30th, Delaney will present "A Labor & Employment Year in Review: Are We Having Fun Yet?" Her program will cover new regulations on the local, state, and federal levels, key aspects to watch for in proposed regulations, and best compliance practices.

Two presentations will follow on July 31st. First, Alfini and Guetzow will co-present "The Intersection of Insurance and Law in the Long-Term Care Setting," a session that will focus on identifying candidates for early case resolution, collaborating with counsel and broker/TPA on litigation portfolio management, and selecting pre-suit issues for consideration in order to reduce costs and pinpoint risk transfer opportunities. Next, Guetzow will co-present "Sheltered Care Town Hall," where he will discuss survey and regulatory issues and take audience questions.
