Dan McGrath — the Chicago-based leader of the Product Liability Practice Group at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP — will moderate a panel discussion titled "Insights From the Bench: Key Issues for Judges and Juries" at DRI's Toxic Torts and Environmental Law Seminar. The presentation will take place from 9:10–10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 24, 2017.
The distinguished panel of judges — Hon. Madeline H. Haikala (U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama); Hon. Clare Elizabeth McWilliams (Circuit Court of Cook County (Illinois)); and Hon. Carlton Reeves (U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi) — will offer their perspectives and guidance on key issues relating to counsel’s preparation for and presentation of cases at trial.
