Anthony Davis and Steve Puiszis to Present on Cyber Security and Incident Response Planning

Anthony E. Davis and Steven M. Puiszis, partners and members of the Lawyers for the Profession^® group at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, will be presenting "Cybersecurity and incident response planning for lawyers and law firms," a webinar hosted by the World Trademark Review on December 7, 2016.

The webinar will identify what is involved in developing an effective plan to enable law firms to be prepared to handle cyber breaches, and will explain all of the necessary components of a breach response plan. The program will also review how the process of developing breach response plans should relate to clients’ increasingly detailed guidelines for their law firms’ cyber security.
