Alexandria Kaminski to Present on New York's "Anti-Kessler Bill" at a New York Mortgage Bankers Association Webinar

Hinshaw senior counsel Alexandria Kaminski will participate as a panelist in a webinar titled "'The Anti-Kessler Bill' – Pending Legislation Would Dramatically Alter the '90 Day Notice' Requirements," hosted by the New York Mortgage Bankers Association (NYMBA) on March 5, 2024.

The discussion will focus on proposed legislation in New York—The RPAPL §1304 “90-day notice” bill—that aims to radically alter statutory compliance prospectively and retroactively.
