Chicago-based partner Adam Guetzow will speak at the Sheltered Care Bootcamp hosted by LeadingAge Illinois on May 15, 2024. The event will be held at the Northern Illinois Campus located in Naperville, Illinois.
The educational session will examine how regulations apply to Sheltered Care providers. The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) will provide an overview and discuss the survey process. Guetzow will provide practical guidance on navigating operational challenges.
Learning Objectives:
- Identify what survey requirements are different for sheltered care vs. skilled
- Determine the best policies and practices to have in anticipation of a survey
- Describe the purpose and scope of the Sheltered Care program
