Chicago-based partner and co-chair of the firm's national Health Care Practice Group, Adam Guetzow, will present a Sheltered Care Bootcamp at LeadingAge Illinois on August 23, 2023, in Lisle, Illinois. This educational session for sheltered care providers is designed to examine the regulations impacting providers and how they are applied.

The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) will provide a program overview as well as discuss the survey process. Guetzow will examine operational issues and challenges. The program will provide guidance and best practices for navigating legal and regulatory compliance challenges, including case studies on impacted forces.
