About Vanessa
With more than 15 years of experience, Vanessa manages a broad range of commercial litigation from start to finish. She advises clients on regulatory compliance and drafts complex, multimillion-dollar trademark and copyright licensing agreements. Vanessa represents mortgage lenders, servicers, and investors in civil litigation involving wrongful foreclosure, mortgage fraud, and predatory lending. She also counsels clients on claims of negligence, breach of contract, fraud, and violations of consumer protection statutes.
Vanessa represents companies, artists, producers, and others in the entertainment industry on matters involving licensing, contract negotiation, corporate transactions, copyright and trademark infringement, and intellectual property disputes. She also works with cannabis entrepreneurs and professionals, guiding them through the licensing process and representing them in related litigation.
