Reka concentrates her practice on insurance coverage litigation and counseling. She represents insurance carriers and coverage disputes and offers opinions surrounding their obligation to provide a defense for their insureds. Reka handles a wide range of coverage matters, including bad faith, extra-contractual liability, general liability, directors and officers, employment practices, product liability, and additional insured claims in construction defect disputes.
