About Jeffrey

Jeffrey works with businesses, individuals, and government entities on complex commercial, civil, business, and industrial litigation matters. He handles construction litigation for general contractors and subcontractors involving quality and workmanship issues, mechanics liens, and contract disputes on public and private projects. He also provides guidance to privately funded housing providers, with a focus on federally funded and subsidized owners in Illinois, on HUD compliance, contracts, and landlord-tenant issues.

Jeffrey has tried cases in state and federal courts and handled appeals, including briefing and arguing before the Illinois Second District Court of Appeals. He is a certified arbitrator for Illinois’ Seventeenth Judicial Circuit and handles zoning and land use matters, assisting clients in appeals, administrative hearings, and trial court proceedings.
