Anthony E. Torrente

Anthony handles commercial litigation involving breach of contract claims, business disputes, partnership disputes, real estate and land use matters, condominium and homeowners association (HOA) disputes, lien filings and foreclosures, broker commission claims, and mortgage-related legal issues.

He also litigates cases involving personal injury, premises liability, slip-and-falls, wrongful death, auto accidents, dram shop violations, property damage, first-party insurance claims, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) matters, personal injury protection (PIP) claims, environmental issues, judgment collection, construction defects, and employment disputes.

Anthony assists clients with commercial and residential transactions, contract negotiations, forbearance agreements, loan modifications, and the drafting of security instruments.

He is a certified mediator and arbitrator by the Florida Supreme Court and the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
