About Peter
With more than four decades of experience, Peter litigates in jurisdictions nationwide, defending professional malpractice claims involving attorneys, real estate and insurance brokers, and medical practitioners. His clients include hospitals, managed care entities, health care institutions, and a wide range of medical and allied health professionals, including physicians, psychiatrists, chiropractors, nurses, dentists, and therapists.
Peter also represents large and small companies in commercial and construction litigation, general tort defense, premises and products liability, and transportation matters, including railroad and trucking cases.
