About David

David concentrates his practice on professional liability defense and insurance coverage. He represents lawyers, real estate agents, insurance professionals, accountants, and securities brokers/registered representatives in complex, high-stakes cases. He handles all lines of insurance coverage and bad-faith disputes, including matters involving commercial general liability, professional liability, environmental and pollution, first-party property, fidelity, private directors and officers, homeowners, and automobile coverage.

David previously served as a Superior Court law clerk, assistant district attorney for Essex County, Massachusetts, and taught legal research and writing at Boston University Law School.

David has been representing lawyers and other professionals and handling insurance coverage matters for decades. He has achieved positive results even in cases in which the liability was problematic and the potential damages were substantial.
