About Tatiana
Tatiana focuses her practice on general liability and healthcare law, representing clients in matters involving personal injury, construction, employment, and insurance defense.
In the healthcare sector, she advises hospitals, physician groups, skilled nursing facilities, specialty pharmacies, and other healthcare providers on regulatory obligations, quality and equity initiatives, and federal and state reporting requirements. A certified Healthcare Compliance professional, Tatiana also represents managed health plans and insurers in disputes from inception through trial, integrating her combined litigation and regulatory experience.
Tatiana brings a strong background in complex civil litigation in both Europe and the United States. She previously practiced at a leading Silicon Valley law firm.
