About Steve
Steve’s practice focuses on the aviation and aerospace industries. In this capacity, he defends commercial airlines, parts manufacturers, and maintenance facilities in high-stakes cases involving wrongful death, personal injury, and property damage. Steve also provides practical legal guidance for clients facing complex, multi-claim aviation and product-related litigation. His experience in litigation and enforcement at the US Department of Transportation’s (DOT) National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), along with his background in mass tort defense, enables him to address clients’ challenges using an informed approach in support of their interests.
