Robert has extensive experience in regulatory compliance and liability defense in the aerospace industry. He counsels airlines, aircraft manufacturers, and private aviation clients on FAA regulations, certification, licensing, accident investigations, and insurance disputes. Robert is dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities of aviation law and operations, with a strong emphasis on proactive risk management and practical solutions.
A former active-duty JAG officer in the United States Air Force, Robert served as both a prosecutor and defense attorney. During his five years of active-duty service, he was appointed as the attorney-advisor to several Aircraft Major Mishap Accident Investigation Boards and defended pilots before Flying Evaluation Boards.
