CoCo advises financial services clients such as banks, finance companies, and loan servicers in connection with consumer loan documentation, licensing, due diligence, debt collection, and state and federal regulatory examinations and investigations.
She advises clients on compliance with consumer protection statutes, such as the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Servicemember Civil Relief Act (SCRA), and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
