Katherine focuses her practice on commercial general liability and excess coverages, particularly on claims related to large project construction defects. She represents insurance companies in litigation matters, including insurance coverage, construction, bad faith, and extra-contractual liability. Managing all aspects of the litigation process, she defends lawsuits in state and federal courts throughout Florida for local and national clients.
