About Emily
Emily helps clients navigate complex labor and employment law matters. She advises employers and businesses in connection with the employer-employee relationship, including handling workplace discrimination, wage and hour, and noncompliance allegations.
She also represents employers in employment litigation, providing counsel related to state and federal statutes, such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Wisconsin Fair Employment Act (WFEA), the Wisconsin Family and Medical Leave Act (WFMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA).
