Melissa concentrates her practice on foreclosure litigation, bankruptcy, reorganization, workouts, consumer finance regulatory matters, and general litigation. She is well-versed in bankruptcy proceedings, including contested matters, adversary proceedings, and appeals. She has nearly two decades of experience partnering with financial services lenders, servicers, and investors to resolve their litigation needs in state and federal courts in New York.
