Eric focuses his practice on business and financial services litigation matters, representing financial institutions in a wide variety of legal disputes in state and federal courts. He is experienced in dealing with a variety of state and federal consumer laws such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), as well as class action claims.
