About David
David represents domestic insurers, syndicates, and consortiums in the London and European insurance markets. He also represents online platforms in the sharing economy, developers, and manufacturers on a broad spectrum of insurance and commercial matters. He provides counsel and defense to clients for first- and third-party insurance coverage, including authoring a primer on handling claims arising under mandatory interstate trucking insurance financial responsibility laws (MCS-90 Endorsement). He also provides advice to professionals and risk managers. Building upon his experience as a law clerk at the California Supreme Court, David maintains a successful appellate practice.

Experience
- Successfully negotiated settlement of seven figure claim involving injuries sustained by claimant in El Salvador on terms favorable to institutional clients.
- Obtained reversal from Nevada Supreme Court of District Court’s error in deciding gateway issues of arbitrability the parties expressly reserved for arbitrator.
- Obtained dismissal of class action suit based on Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) arising from a firm offer of credit/insurance.

Did you know...
David exhibits, judges, and breeds purebred Rhodesian Ridgebacks and Bracchi Italiani for conformation and field trials. He is also involved in rescuing and rehabilitating lost or abandoned dogs, participates in local 4-H events, and supports various philanthropic causes. In his free time, he enjoys diving, competitive shooting, and other skill-based games. If he weren't an attorney, he’d be writing fiction or screenplays.
