About Brandon
Brandon has a solid record of representing mortgage lenders, servicers, banks, and other financial institutions on various consumer financial services matters. He handles all phases of litigation, drawing on extensive knowledge of residential mortgage loans and foreclosures, loss mitigation programs, loan originations and closings, and consumer protection statutes.
Brandon has successfully argued cases in New York’s Supreme Court, appellate divisions, and federal district courts. He also has experience handling general commercial disputes and other civil litigation.
