Brandon Wrazen has a solid record of representing mortgage lenders, servicers, banks, and other financial institutions in consumer financial services matters. He handles all phases of litigation, from inception to resolution, and has extensive knowledge regarding residential mortgage loans and foreclosures, loss mitigation programs, loan originations and closings, and consumer protection statutes. Brandon has successfully argued cases in New York’s Supreme Court, Appellate Divisions, and Federal District Courts.

Prior to joining Hinshaw, Brandon practiced at firms in the Long Island area and Buffalo, focusing on civil and consumer financial services litigation.
