About Brian
Brian concentrates his practice on real estate law, assisting clients in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing. He also counsels businesses of all sizes across various industries on a corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory issues.
Areas of Focus
Experience
- Represented seller in sophisticated multi-state transaction involving the sale and leaseback of 17 separate industrial properties, including the preparation and negotiation of all 17 individual leases valued at $36.5 million. The properties were spread across 13 states located in the Midwest and South. All portions of the transaction closed simultaneously.
- Represented seller in $32.3 million sale of multiple real estate assets out of bankruptcy to multiple not-for-profit hospital groups. Assets included a hospital along with ancillary professional office buildings and clinics.
