About Jacqueline
With three decades of litigation experience, Jackie represents insurers and financial institutions nationwide in cases involving disability and life insurance coverage, bad faith, Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), Federal Employees' Group Life Insurance Act (FEGLIA), breach of fiduciary duty, broker misconduct and negligence, and stranger-originated life insurance (STOLI). She represents clients in jury trials, bench trials, and evidentiary hearings in federal and state courts.

Experience
- Defended and obtained more than ten dispositive judgments for clients in 2024, including cases involving ERISA disability benefits, ERISA life insurance and breach of fiduciary duties, ERISA and FEGLIA accidental death benefits, individual life insurance and disability insurance coverage, and bad faith.
- Achieved dismissal at the pleading stage of claims involving allegations of insurance bad faith in Kentucky and New Jersey.
