About Aaron
Aaron is a litigator who defends major airlines and aerospace companies, their employees, and their vendors, including aviation manufacturers and maintenance facilities in a broad range of disputes. He also represents insurers in claims involving first- and third-party insurance coverage, product and premises liability, and other commercial litigation.

Aaron was a member of a six-attorney team that recently took over the defense of a years-long litigation in a wrongful death that was set for trial within 90 days. In the span of six weeks, the team simultaneously conducted an entirely new factual investigation, extensive expert discovery and motion practice, and developed an entirely new defense theory that resulted in a favorable resolution for Hinshaw’s client.
