About Kristin
As a litigator, Kristin defends commercial air carriers across the country in state and federal courts, including in high-exposure personal injury cases. She defends airlines against claims of disability services violations, assault, discrimination, and cabin air contamination. Kristin’s practice also includes representing aviation and aerospace product manufacturers in personal injury, product liability, and environmental/toxic tort disputes, as well as matters involving experimental aircraft, skydiving, aerial application, and helicopter emergency medical services.
During law school, Kristin obtained the National Sports Law Institute’s Sports Law Certificate. She also completed internships with the School District of South Milwaukee and Disability Rights Wisconsin, worked as a law clerk for the National Collegiate Athletic Association, and served as a research assistant.

- Successfully defended a commercial airline client as part of a Cook County trial team, securing a directed verdict on punitive damages of $0 and a jury verdict of $10,000 despite the plaintiff seeking eight figures in compensatory and punitive damages.

Did you know...
While an undergraduate, Kristin was a member of the women’s volleyball team and was inducted into the Northern Illinois University (NIU) Athletics Hall of Fame in 2022. In 2025, Kristin spoke about her experience as a collegiate athlete and her life after college in an NIU panel commemorating National Girls and Women in Sports Day.
