About Meaghan
Meaghan practices in complex aerospace litigation, defending a range of product liability and airline-related claims, involving property damage, mental and physical injuries, wrongful death, and discrimination arising from aviation incidents.
She has secured dismissals in numerous cases through successful jurisdictional motion practice and resolved many passenger injury claims through litigation, mediation, and administrative proceedings. Her work also includes supporting clients through accident investigations and developing insurance coverage and indemnity tender strategies involving airline carriers and airport vendors.
