Brittany’s practice encompasses defending national and regional airline and product manufacturers in aerospace litigation and resolving disputes in aviation incidents. This includes personal injury, product liability, and property damage claims asserted against national and regional aviation clients in jurisdictions across the country.

Experience
- Prevailed on summary judgment on behalf of an airline defendant in a racial discrimination claim alleging wrongful removal from a domestic flight.
- Obtained a successful result for a Hinshaw client as a member of a six-attorney team that took over the defense of a years-long litigation in a wrongful death case set for trial within 90 days. In the span of six weeks, the team conducted a factual investigation, completed expert discovery and motion practice, and developed an entirely new defense theory that resulted in a favorable resolution.
