About Christopher
Christopher advises clients on aviation-related commercial disputes, airline passenger claims, toxic torts, premises liability, and insurance coverage. Of note, he represents a manufacturer of general aviation engines in asbestos litigation in a notoriously plaintiff-friendly jurisdiction, where his team has extensively reduced the number of claims and secured numerous dismissals.
Christopher represents clients in general and commercial aviation product liability and tort disputes, defending aircraft manufacturers, avionics, and component part manufacturers against product liability claims. He also defends flight schools against negligent instruction claims across the country and in foreign jurisdictions. Christopher has represented numerous clients in complex disputes arising from domestic and foreign aircraft accidents—many involving loss of life and property—in multiple state and federal courts.
