Jared Horowitz zealously defends clients in litigation involving allegations of personal injury, premises liability, product liability, wrongful death, automobile liability, negligent security, medical malpractice abuse, and trucking liability.
Prior to joining Hinshaw, Jared developed his knowledge and experience in civil litigation as a law clerk with a firm in West Palm Beach, Florida. Additionally, he spent six years working on behalf of technology startups in New York City.
In addition to his academic achievements, Jared was involved in a number of activities and associations while in law school. He was a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, Intellectual Property Law Society, and treasurer of the Torts Legal Society.
