About Sabrina

Sabrina assists clients with all aspects of their business, from corporate formation to mergers and acquisitions, and counseling on commercial transactions that include real estate, asset sales, and loans. She also advises clients on proactive and reactive measures surrounding artificial intelligence issues and provides counseling on privacy and cybersecurity matters, and advertising and marketing regulatory compliance.

Challenging herself to stay on top of the constantly changing legal landscape and key issues affecting her practice – and looking to share that knowledge – Sabrina often researches and authors articles about topics ranging from real estate law to privacy regulations.

Represented buyer in complex reorganization of beneficial ownership involving a non-US estate, limited partnership, and trust, plus a Florida LLC valued at $100 million. Real property was conveyed from the Florida LLC to the Canadian LP and encompassed tax treaty issues and non-recognition notices to the IRS.
