James Sanders represents clients at all stages of complex commercial litigation and insurance coverage matters. His experience includes personal injury, premises liability, and product liability cases.
Before joining Hinshaw, James clerked for the Honorable Philip M. Hess for two years on the Court of Appeals for the Eastern District of Missouri. James also previously clerked for a St. Louis firm, assisting with matters involving FELA and ERISA litigation. During law school, James was the Note and Comment Editor of the Missouri Law Review where he authored, Reconsidering Missouri’s Warrant Suppression Standard, 84 Mo. L. Rev. 581 (2019).
