About Anthony
Anthony counsels individuals and businesses of all sizes on complex commercial litigation and transactional matters spanning a variety of industries, including finance, real estate, hospitality, and construction.
He frequently represents large financial institutions, secured creditors, and mortgage servicing companies in contested consumer finance litigation and real property disputes.
In commercial real estate, Anthony guides clients through purchases and sales, leasing, and financing, as well as contentious lease disputes, title defects, and zoning matters. He also helps clients navigate the intricacies of business entity formation, securing capital, and preparing company documents, including shareholder and partnership agreements, operating agreements and third-party contracts.
