About Gary
With more than a quarter century of experience, Gary maintains a broad litigation practice representing both plaintiffs and defendants. His clients span the spectrum from large corporations to small businesses and individuals. He practices in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts, and other forums throughout California. Gary’s primary focus is on real estate matters. He works with mortgage servicers and lenders on various disputes arising from foreclosure, title, and other servicing issues, as well as with property owners, developers, and management companies on a full service basis.
Gary handles commercial, consumer, and business litigation, including lender/borrower disputes, general liability, premises liability, personal injury, landlord/tenant issues, property management, construction defects, employment, subrogation, collections, and judgment enforcement.
