Albert C. Angelo

Al pioneers novel defense strategies for alternative dispute resolution, developing internal and legal protocols, motion practice, and innovative investigation techniques. For instance, he designed a social media evidence-gathering tool to capture critical information about witnesses and parties.

In addition to litigation, Al handles estate planning and asset protection, including wills, trusts, series LLCs, and family limited partnerships. He has also built a highly skilled niche practice in trust and estate litigation.

While clerking, Al played a key role in litigation related to a fire at the Cook County Administration Building in Chicago, which resulted in six fatalities and 16 people being injured.
