About Mark
With more than three decades in practice, Mark represents clients in litigation and transactional matters, with a focus on insurance defense and complex construction defect and community association liability cases. His background further includes professional negligence and malpractice, as well as commercial and real estate litigation. Much of his work involves large-scale construction defect litigation, where he represents architects, engineers, general contractors, and a wide range of subcontractors, including those in stucco and siding, framing, and painting.
In addition to advising local, national, and global insurers, Mark represents and defends attorneys, accountants, real estate brokers and agents, and title agents. He also handles matters on behalf of condominium, homeowners', and cooperative associations, along with their boards of directors.
