About Michael
Mike advises clients on personal injury, real property, construction, and labor and employment matters. With over two decades of litigation experience, he defends businesses of all sizes, including restaurants, construction firms, equipment suppliers, a major fire apparatus manufacturer, grocery chains, and other Bay Area companies.
He approaches each case as a deep dive into a new business, technology, or process, leveraging his experience, business acumen, and a strong network of experts to deliver effective solutions. His cases have ranged from champagne bottling and fire hydrant valve operation to natural gas transport, restaurant management, and even circus-tent construction.
