Jill K. Eckhaus Hrovat

With experience as both a public defender and a trial attorney, Jill defends medical providers such as physicians, nurses, dentists, and chiropractors, as well as physician groups and hospitals, in complex legal issues ranging from Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) investigations to large-scale wrongful death and catastrophic loss actions.

In state and federal courts, Jill represents corporate and individual insureds in medical malpractice defense claims, professional negligence, products, premise, and general liability, and personal injury matters.
