The law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to announce that Minneapolis partners Mitchel (“Mitch”) Chargo, Amy DuMond Kottke, and Russell (“Russ”) Ponessa have been named 2025 Top Lawyers in Minnesota by Minnesota Monthly. The 2025 Top Lawyers list was published in the July/August edition of the magazine.
Mitch and Amy were among 27 lawyers recognized statewide in the Real Estate Law category, while Russ was among only six lawyers selected in the Product Liability category. This marks Mitch’s second consecutive year being named to Minnesota Monthly’s Top Lawyers directory, while Amy and Russ have both been listed in the directory for three consecutive years.
Minnesota Monthly annually publishes a list of the state's top lawyers. The selection process involves independent research, including an online peer-review survey sent to all lawyers in Minnesota. The list is determined by thousands of votes cast for the honorees.
