About Vanessa
Dynamic and assertive, Vanessa has diverse legal experience in consumer finance, commercial litigation, intellectual property, and product liability. She defends mortgage servicers, lenders, and investors in disputes relating to residential and commercial loans. Vanessa also represents companies in a wide variety of complex business litigation cases in state and federal court, including licensing, contract negotiation, corporate transactions, copyright and trademark infringement, and intellectual property matters. She also handles mass torts and products liability litigation, representing pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in state court-coordinated proceedings, multidistrict litigation (MDL), and class actions.
