About Shelby
Shelby is a civil and insurance defense attorney who handles personal injury cases, including automobile accidents and premises liability. Many of his clients are small businesses in California's trucking, remediation, and construction industries. Shelby has tried cases in state and federal courts, both as lead counsel and as part of legal teams.
He has also presented on service animal law, which applies to insurance defense and civil litigation cases that involve liability and compliance issues related to service animals.
