Robert represents insurance carriers, self-insured companies, and public entities. His practice focuses on defending claims involving bad faith, product defects, premises liability, auto accidents, trucking incidents, and questionable claims.
With diverse and extensive trial experience, he is highly effective at resolving litigation before trial. Robert handles arbitrations, mediations, and various other forms of dispute resolution with the same strategic approach he brings to the litigation process.
Robert's reputation as an effective advocate is reflected in his induction as a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a distinction reserved for those with proven jury trial experience.
Robert is a trial attorney who has tried more than 75 jury trials to verdict. He has served as lead trial counsel in cases involving catastrophic injuries, products liability, extra-contractual claims, and premises liability, defending insureds and self-insureds in courts throughout the state of California.
