Robert M. Buchholz

Robert represents individuals and entities in litigation matters in state and federal court, with a focus on professional liability defense and risk management consultation, product liability, commercial and coverage litigation, and complex general liability defense. He serves many industries, including law and accounting firms, insurance brokerages, engineering firms, insurance companies, drug and medical device manufacturers, and closely held businesses. Well-versed in all phases of litigation, he handles claims of malpractice, negligence, wrongful death, bad faith, defamation, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, civil conspiracy, and fraud.

Previously, Robert counseled governments and quasi-public authorities on issuing tax-exempt and taxable debt, as well as institutional investors and indentured trustees in workouts and restructurings. Prior to entering the legal profession, Robert served as assistant senate clerk in the New Hampshire State Senate and worked as deputy director of a New Hampshire political action committee.
