About Nia
Nia focuses her practice on financial services litigation, representing financial institutions, mortgage servicers, lenders, and other financial services clients in state and federal courts. She is involved in all phases of litigation and provides support on matters involving consumer protection statutes and related financial services disputes.
Prior to joining Hinshaw, Nia defended financial institutions against complex class actions involving consumer protection and antitrust claims.
